  Free samples of 200-500g are available for your performance testing. Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer (freight collect). Sample fees will be refunded after bulk order placement.

  The shelf life is 12 months for unopened original packaging. The recommended storage temperature is typically 0–38°C.

  What is the after-sales process for quality issues?

  If the incoming random inspection fails, our company will conduct a re-test. Once confirmed as a product quality issue, we offer return/exchange or replacement with compensatory goods.
